To create ankle
Step 1
Select four points at the segment 6 and 7 as shown in the picture below.
Step 2
Stretch the points forward.
Step 3
Select the other 8 points at segment 6 and 7 as shown in the picture below.

Stretch it forward as shown in the picture.
Step 5
Select another 4 points in segment 6 and 7.

Stretch it as shown in picture.
